| (BestWebHosting2006) Telecommunications giant At&T (att.com) has agreed to acquire USinternetworking (usi.net), a privately held web applications service provider. The estimated sale price is $300 million including cash and assumed debt.
USi specializes is e-business management services software as well as e-business software consulting services. These services, which are designed to scale to the demands of ever growing international businesses, are expected to be leveraged by AT&T to expand the services already provided their portfolio of managed & enterprise level hosting services. |
