Level 3 Communications has completed the sale of its wholly owned subsidiary, Software Spectrum, to Insight Enterprises, Inc., an information and technology services firm. The proceeds of the transaction are estimated at $353 Million, subject to any post closing adjustments. Software Spectrum is a global business-to-business software services provider.
Level 3 is one of the largest internet backbone providers in the world providing international communications and information services for millions of broadband subscribers. |
