WE ARE OPERATED BY GARDDOG ENTERPRISES LLC, AN INTERNET ADVERTISING FIRM, AND ARE CLASSIFIED AS A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF A UNITED STATES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY RESIDING IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA . GARDDOG ENTERPRISES LLC, CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHICH MAY OCCUR FROM USING ANY SERVICES OFFERED OR ADVERTISED ON OUR SITE. WE PROVIDE A MEDIUM FOR HOSTING COMPANIES TO REACH AN AUDIENCE OF HOSTING BUYERS, AND DO NOT ENDURE OR OPERATE ANY OF THE COMPANIES HERE OURSELVES. ALL COMPANIES LISTED ON OUR SITE, PAID OR UN PAID, ARE TO BE INVESTIGATED PRIOR TO ORDERING AN ACCOUNT BY YOU. Governing Law

The laws of the State of California and the laws of the United States of America applicable therein shall govern as to the interpretation, validity and effect of this Agreement notwithstanding any conflict of laws provisions or the User's domicile, residence, or physical location. The User hereby consents and submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of California in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to this Agreement.

General

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement between you and Garddog Enterprises in respect of the Site and its contents and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by Garddog Enterprises to enforce any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement. This Agreement shall enure to the benefit of and be binding upon each of us and our respective successors and permitted assigns.

Garddog Enterprises has absolutely no control over the contents of Web sites listed within that are not owned by Garddog Enterprises. The use of a hyperlink does not constitute an endorsement of a company, product, or opinion. Furthermore, Garddog Enterprises provides no guarantee that the content within its network of sites contains accurate information. You should always conduct your own research and investigation in to the suitability and reliability of any hosting or hosting-related services you may be considering.
